AdvertBux is a static website and does not operate any backend server, database, or user account system. We do not require you to create an account. As a result, the data we collect is minimal and limited to what is necessary to fulfil your advertising order.

Information you provide directly:

  • Your Telegram username or email address, shared when you contact us to enquire about or book a slot
  • Your website URL and any advertising requirements you communicate to us
  • Your cryptocurrency wallet address, used solely to process refunds if applicable
  • Your banner image or creative brief, submitted for publishing

Information collected automatically:

As a static site hosted on Vercel, basic server-level access logs may be generated by Vercel's infrastructure (such as IP addresses and request timestamps). AdvertBux does not actively collect, store, or process these logs. Please refer to Vercel's Privacy Policy for details on their data handling practices.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to fulfil your advertising order and communicate with you about it. Specifically, we use your information to:

  • Confirm slot availability and reserve your chosen position
  • Verify cryptocurrency payment transactions
  • Publish your banner to the NeoBux advertising campaign
  • Communicate updates, confirmations, or issues regarding your slot
  • Process refunds where applicable, in accordance with our refund policy
  • Respond to your enquiries, questions, or support requests

We do not use your information for marketing purposes, profiling, or any form of automated decision-making. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

AdvertBux does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. Your information may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:

  • NeoBux.com: Your banner image and destination URL are submitted to the NeoBux advertising platform as part of the service you have purchased. No other personal information is shared with NeoBux.
  • Legal obligation: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities.
  • Protection of rights: We may disclose information where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AdvertBux, our users, or others.

We operate through Telegram and email for all communications. Please be aware that Telegram and email providers have their own privacy policies which govern data processed through their platforms. AdvertBux is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Specifically:

  • Communication records (Telegram messages and emails) are retained for a minimum of 90 days for dispute resolution purposes, after which they may be deleted at our discretion.
  • Cryptocurrency wallet addresses provided for refund purposes are retained only until the refund transaction is confirmed and then deleted.
  • Banner images submitted for publishing are retained for the duration of the campaign and up to 30 days after its conclusion, after which they are deleted.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at advertsupport@devoveagency.com. We will process deletion requests within 14 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

6. Cookies & Tracking

The AdvertBux website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any other form of user tracking technology operated by AdvertBux. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar third-party analytics tools.

Third-party resources loaded by the website — including Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS CDN — may collect technical data as part of their delivery infrastructure. Please refer to Google's and Tailwind's respective privacy policies for information on how they handle data collected through their CDN and font services.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information you share with us. All communications should be conducted through Telegram's encrypted messaging platform or via email. We strongly recommend that you do not share sensitive financial information (such as private keys or seed phrases) through any channel.

While we take precautions to safeguard your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
