1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the AdvertBux website at https://advertbux.xyz or purchasing an advertising slot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, advertisers, and users of the platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. AdvertBux reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. About the Service
AdvertBux is an independent advertising display service. We operate a shared advertising pool in which multiple advertisers reserve individual slots on a single advertising campaign run on NeoBux.com, a third-party paid-to-click (PTC) network. AdvertBux is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to NeoBux.com or its parent company in any way.
Our service operates on a per-day pricing model. Each slot reservation corresponds to one day of campaign exposure unless a multi-day arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon in writing via Telegram or email prior to payment. The current slot structure comprises fifteen (15) positions priced between $5 and $10 per day depending on position tier.
3. Booking & Slot Reservation
All slot bookings must be initiated by contacting AdvertBux via Telegram or email before any payment is made. You must receive written confirmation from AdvertBux that your chosen slot is available and held for you before proceeding with payment. AdvertBux cannot be held responsible for payments made without prior confirmation of slot availability.
Once a slot is confirmed and payment is received, AdvertBux will publish your banner to the live NeoBux campaign immediately upon verification of the cryptocurrency transaction. Slots are allocated on a first-confirmed, first-served basis. Holding a slot does not guarantee reservation until payment is fully confirmed on the blockchain.
For multi-day bookings, a separate agreement must be established via written communication before payment. Do not make multiple single-day payments without explicit prior agreement, as this may result in slot conflicts that AdvertBux cannot be responsible for.
4. Payment Terms
AdvertBux accepts cryptocurrency payments only. Accepted currencies include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT via TRC20 and ERC20 networks), and Litecoin (LTC). Wallet addresses will be provided only after slot availability has been confirmed. Do not send funds to any address not provided directly by AdvertBux through official Telegram or email communication.
All cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by their nature. Once a transaction is broadcast to the network it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or charged back. By making a payment you acknowledge and accept this characteristic of cryptocurrency transactions.
AdvertBux is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect addresses, payments made for slots that were not confirmed available, overpayments, underpayments, or funds lost due to network errors. It is your responsibility to confirm the correct wallet address and amount before broadcasting any transaction.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once your advertisement has been published and the campaign is active. By confirming payment you agree to this no-refund policy.
A full refund will be issued in the following circumstances only: (a) AdvertBux is unable to publish your banner for any technical or operational reason attributable solely to AdvertBux; or (b) the NeoBux campaign is cancelled or suspended before your slot's run begins, through no fault of the advertiser.
Refunds, where applicable, will be returned in the same cryptocurrency and to the same wallet address from which payment was received. AdvertBux does not issue refunds in any other form. Refund processing time depends on network conditions and may take up to 72 hours from the date of the refund request being approved.
6. Banner & Content Policy
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all banner content and destination URLs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies. AdvertBux reserves the right to reject, remove, or refuse to publish any banner at its sole discretion, including but not limited to content that:
- Promotes adult, explicit, or sexually suggestive material
- Advertises fraudulent schemes, scams, or deceptive offers
- Contains malware, phishing links, or harmful code
- Promotes illegal products, substances, or activities
- Infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights
- Violates NeoBux.com's own advertising guidelines or terms of service
Accepted banner format is 468×60 pixels in GIF, JPG, or PNG format, with a maximum file size of 150 KB. AdvertBux reserves the right to request a revised banner if the submitted file does not meet technical specifications. If a compliant banner is not provided within 24 hours of the request, the slot may be forfeited without refund.
7. Traffic & Performance Disclaimer
AdvertBux guarantees that your banner will be submitted to and displayed within an active NeoBux advertising campaign for the duration of your booked slot. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific number of clicks, conversions, sign-ups, sales, leads, impressions, or any other performance metric.
Campaign performance is determined entirely by NeoBux.com's platform, its member activity, and factors outside AdvertBux's control. AdvertBux makes no representations about the quality, intent, or demographic of NeoBux members who may view or interact with your advertisement.
You acknowledge that purchasing a slot on AdvertBux is a paid visibility service, not a performance marketing guarantee. AdvertBux shall not be liable for any financial losses, opportunity costs, or business outcomes resulting from your advertising campaign.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdvertBux, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
AdvertBux's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific slot in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the AdvertBux website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and page layouts, is the property of AdvertBux and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any banner content and creative assets you submit. By submitting a banner, you grant AdvertBux a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and publish the banner as part of the purchased advertising service.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the AdvertBux service shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication via Telegram or email.
